Standard 3: Program of Study / 4 Yr Plan

Standard 4: Advisory Committee
Our Culinary instructor is new to teaching and the previous instructor disbanded the advisory board that was in place when she left her position. We have worked together to have a mock advisory board that consisted of Mrs. Stone - Director, Mrs. Johns, Mrs. Hopkins, and Mrs. Stach as we are in a rebuilding year. We all met routinely in trying to reestablish this academy.
Standard 5: Enrollment
9th Grade: 8800510C 55 Students
10th Grade: 8800520C 28 Students
11th Grade: 8800530H 23 Students
12th Grade: 8800540H 3 Students

Total: 109
Standard 6: Professional Collaboration
Mrs. Stone and Ms. Cox met on a weekly basis on Wednesdays from 11:16 - 12:13 during office hours and lunch which serves as our common planning. Ms. Lavender was included via Skype when appropriate.

Because we did not have a teacher hired, Mrs. Stone did not attend the CTE workshops, Ms. Cox was hired after the school year began. The first opportunity for collaboration together was the CTE Workshop at Pine Ridge High School on 9/29/17. We spent the entire 7.5 hours planning activities for the academy.

Ms. Cox attended the Restaurant Show in Orlando as a planning conference with permission from Kristin Pierce
